Booking a Hypnotherapy Session
At the time of booking an appointment, you will need to provide a contact phone number and address.

Cancellation policy
When booking an appointment the client accepts that any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments requires 72 hours notice. It is understood that if you fail to attend, or cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged for the full session fee. For any session cancelled with greater than 72 hours notice, any fees paid will be refunded.

Payments
Payments can be made by cheque with a banker’s card holding a guarantee for the full session fee, or cash. No credit or debit card payments will be accepted. The fee must be paid in full by the end of each session.

Use of the website
Paul Ogilvie, the Shropshire Hypnotherapy Clinic, and any representative or employee of the aforesaid, make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the suitability of the information contained on this website for any purpose. The material on this website may be retrieved or downloaded solely for personal use.

Downloads
All downloads from the Shropshire Hypnotherapy Clinic are on the strict understanding that Paul Ogilvie, the Shropshire Hypnotherapy Clinic or its representatives or employees, cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, mishaps, damage or injury arising from the use or misuse of the download, or any of the content contained therein.

All downloads are not intended as medical advice, or to be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Do not use any downloaded product while driving, operating any machinery or equipment, or in any situation where your ability to perform any action is required.

Individual results will vary.
